VenSuply – Refund Policy

At VenSuply, we provide digital products only. All products are delivered electronically through email, download access, or online delivery methods. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered or accessed, all purchases are considered final.

By placing an order with VenSuply, you confirm that you understand you are purchasing a digital product and agree that refunds are generally not available after delivery or access has been provided.

Digital Products

All products available on VenSuply are digital items. No physical products are shipped.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, downloaded, accessed, or sent to the customer, the order cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information carefully before completing a purchase.

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may only be reviewed under limited circumstances listed below.

1. Access or Technical Problems

If you experience a technical issue that completely prevents access to your purchase, despite correctly following all provided instructions, our support team will investigate the issue.

2. Product Not Delivered

If you did not receive your digital product and our system confirms that delivery failed, we will first attempt to resend the product or restore access.

A refund may only be considered if the delivery issue cannot be resolved.

3. Product No Longer Available

A refund request may also be reviewed if the supplier permanently removes or discontinues the product, including situations where:

  • The supplier no longer offers the product

  • The listing has been permanently deleted

  • The product becomes unavailable through the original supplier

Before any refund is approved, VenSuply must verify the availability issue internally. When possible, a replacement product or store credit may be offered instead.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction after successful delivery

  • Failure to read the product description before ordering

  • Mistakes made during checkout

  • Incorrect email addresses entered by the customer

  • Failure to download or save the delivered files

  • Device, software, or compatibility issues on the customer’s side

Instant Digital Delivery

All orders are delivered digitally to the email address or account information provided during checkout.

VenSuply is not responsible for delays caused by spam filters, blocked emails, incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or issues related to the customer’s email provider.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used during checkout

Once verified, we will resend the digital product or restore access where possible.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks for delivered digital products are prohibited.

Because all deliveries are electronically tracked and recorded, VenSuply reserves the right to dispute any chargeback using delivery confirmations, access logs, and other relevant evidence.

  • No physical item will be shipped

  • Refunds are generally not available after delivery or access
